Scope of Services

Pricing, Payment, Subscription & Refund

 

Prices sets by Malestro, may be different fixed or based on time and materials, subject to the specifics of the project. Payment terms, including accepted methods, invoice due dates, and late payment penalties, are specified here.

 

Late payment penalties: Malestro sends out invoices every month for the monthly subscription, if not payed on time, Malestro sends out the same invoice with a additional fee. If additional fee is not payed within the said time period, Malestro shuts down the website.

 

Subscription & Prices: The customer sign up for a subscription with Malestro. Malestro then sends out invoices every month for the monthly payment. Malestro sets the prices for the customer based on the circumstances. Malestro charges a starting fee for building the website and then a operation fee every month.

Refund: Malestro offers no refunds unless Malestro made a mistake which we can specifically prove. However, if dissatisfied with something contact Malestro and we will look over it.

Project Timeline and Delivery

 

Expected timelines for project commencement, execution, and completion are outlined. The process for work approval and deliverables handover is described.

 

Malestro often offers a demo website that should be done within a week from when the offer is made as said on Malestro.com - Home. There may be obstacles and delays in deliveries based on the circumstances Malestro is in. When signing a deal with Malestro for the personalized website, Malestro informs the time it takes to get that website up and ready.

 

Changes and Additional Work

A one-month notice period means that when one party decides to terminate the agreement, they must inform the other party of their decision at least one month in advance. This provides both parties with time to adjust to the change and manage any commitments related to the agreement before it ends. Also pay for the one-month notice period before the deal ceases.

By accepting these terms, the Client agrees to comply with and be bound by the conditions outlined herein for the duration of their engagement with Malestro plus Malestro does not accept responsibility for any legal issues unless we ourselves can agree on our liability.
